2 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Brussels sprouts, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring once.
